Have you ever found a penny and actually taken the time to pick it up?
I don’t think I do any more. I might have stopped to pick a penny up when I was a child and a collection of pennies added up to a few pieces of candy, if I saved them right, but now that I am an adult I scoff at taking the time, energy, and mental acuity required to pick up a penny. A penny seems like an outdated form of currency.
Can you even buy anything with a penny?

you know australia eliminated pennies. the smallest coin is a 5 cent piece. and n. korea just revamped their currency to destroy their asiatic equivalent of the penny. the treasury has a standard policy against eliminating the penny because that would signal to the populace that inflation has won. shoot Geithner with that death ray.
